Job Summary
Provide specialized counseling, assessment, and care coordination for patients with Opioid Use Disorder within a clinic setting. Develop individualized treatment plans, conduct individual and group therapy, monitor progress, and coordinate care with medical staff to support recovery. Maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 6am to 2pm onsite. Requires a master's degree, active or provisional licensure as LCMHC, LCSW, or LCAS, and documented experience with the target population. Proficiency with EHR systems and a valid driver's license are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- Fully or provisionally licensed in appropriate discipline—either LCMHC, LCSW or LCAS
- Documented experience with the population to be served
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy
- Valid state appropriate driver's license
- Auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
- Monday – Friday, 6am-2pm, onsite schedule
