Job Summary
Board-certified Otolaryngologist sought for ENT surgical service at a 1C VA Medical Center in the DC/Baltimore corridor region. Responsibilities include evaluating and managing diseases of the ear, nose, throat, head and neck; operative and non-operative care within approved privileges; inpatient and outpatient consultations and follow-ups; emergency and on-call coverage; ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies; teaching and mentoring medical students, interns, residents, technicians, and other physicians; participating in team briefings and care coordination; maintaining licensure, board certification, credentialing, privileging, and mandatory training. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with generous benefits and a relocation incentive negotiation. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
- Graduate of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency
- Board Certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
