Job Summary
Board-Certified Otolaryngologist to join the VA Medical Center's General Surgery/ENT Section in Martinsburg, WV. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with 50 days off yearly. Duties include evaluating and treating diseases of the ear, nose, throat, head and neck; operative and non-operative care; inpatient/outpatient consults and follow-up; emergency and on-call ENT services; diagnostic orders and treatment plans per VHA standards; teaching and mentoring medical students, interns, residents, and staff; team collaboration; licensure, board certification, credentialing, and mandatory training maintenance. Relocation/recruitment incentive is negotiable. Requirements include MD/DO, AB Otolaryngology residency, AB Otolaryngology board certification, and active U.S. medical license.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or DO
- Graduate of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency
- Board Certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
