Job Summary
Otolaryngology Physician needed in Fairfield, CA to join NorthBay Health. Provide ENT care to adult and pediatric patients within a collaborative team of physicians and APPs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with dedicated procedure and administrative time; call is shared. Primary responsibilities include basic biopsies, myringotomies, and closed nasal fracture reductions, utilizing equipment such as an operating microscope, nasal/sinus scopes, and ultrasound. Requires MD/DO, board-certified in Otolaryngology, California license, and proven ENT procedure experience. Compensation range $500,000–$680,000 (Full Time) with income guarantee, sign-on bonus, and relocation available.
