Job Summary
BC/BE Otolaryngologist sought to join an established Otolaryngology practice with an APN in Ottawa, IL. Opportunity to quickly build a practice serving patients in northern Illinois along the I-80 corridor within a large multispecialty group referral base. Call schedule 1:2. Competitive base salary with incentives, 4 weeks vacation, 6 paid holidays, paid sick time, signing bonus, loan repayment options, and paid occurrence-based malpractice, CME, and professional dues. Required Qualifications
- Physician licensed to practice medicine in current state
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable
- Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology or appropriate specialty(ies)
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
- Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage
