Job Summary
Fellowship-trained head & neck oncologic surgeon to join the University of California Irvine Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery as HS Assistant Professor of Clinical Otolaryngology. The successful candidate will provide patient care for thyroid/parathyroid and upper aerodigestive tract malignancies, perform TORS, advanced cutaneous malignancies and salivary gland surgery, with preferred microvascular surgery and sialendoscopy experience. Faculty are expected to teach residents and students, participate in university and public service, and engage in scholarly activity. Step will be determined by training and experience; board-certified or board-eligible in otolaryngology and eligibility for a California medical license are required. The department collaborates with radiation oncology, medical oncology, and rehabilitation services as part of the NCIdesignated comprehensive cancer center in Orange County.
