Job Summary
Otolaryngology physician sought for a full-time position in Bakersfield, CA. Board-certified or board-eligible ENT, MD or DO degree required, CA medical license required. Responsibilities include a full-scope ENT practice with outpatient clinic, outpatient surgery center, and hospital consults, focusing on adult cases with occasional pediatric cases. No nights, weekends, or holidays. Opportunity to precept medical students and contribute expertise. Dedicated MA team and RN triage support; marketing resources to help grow the patient panel. Compensation includes a salary guarantee with productivity bonus, generous sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. H1B visa sponsorship opportunity for cap-exempt candidates. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology (ABMS or AOA)
