Board-certified Otolaryngologist sought to join a 220+ physician-owned, multi-specialty group in Lakeland, FL. The practice provides a broad range of ENT services including speech and audiology, with extensive in-house lab and radiology capabilities (MRI, CT, PET) and a DaVinci robot at the hospital. An ambulatory surgery center is located nearby. The role offers guaranteed salary plus a bonus with transition to productivity-based compensation after the first year, and eligibility for partnership after 2 years. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified Otolaryngology (ENT) physician
