Job Summary
Private, physician-owned ENT group seeking a sixth Otolaryngologist in Morristown, NJ to join five established colleagues in a 39-year history private practice within a larger multispecialty group. General otolaryngology with or without subspecialty fellowship training fits well; partnership track with ownership opportunities in an ambulatory surgery center and hearing aid business. Enjoy Monday–Friday office hours with no evenings or weekends, and hospital call shared with regional practices; paid ER call. Practice autonomy and input in decisions affecting the group, supported by strong revenue-cycle management, contracting, payor relations, and HR/LAS resources. Required Qualifications
