Job Summary
Well-established private ENT group in Morristown, NJ seeks a sixth otolaryngologist to join five partners. The position offers partnership track with ownership opportunities in an ambulatory surgery center and hearing aid business, a comprehensive benefits package, paid malpractice, retirement contributions, and a stable, Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends. The group provides a physician-owned alternative to hospital employment within a larger multispecialty organization and emphasizes independence, work-life balance, and input into practice decisions. Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD/DO) in Otolaryngology
- Board certification in Otolaryngology preferred
- Licensed or eligible to practice medicine in New Jersey
- Willingness to participate in partnership track
- Ability to provide general otolaryngology with potential for subspecialty fellowship(s)
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
