Job Summary
Join a well-established private Otolaryngology group in Morristown, NJ as the sixth ENT to complement five partners in a physician-owned, non-hospital-based practice. Enjoy a partnership track with ownership opportunities in an ambulatory surgery center and hearing aid business, competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, and paid vacation. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday office hours with no evenings or weekends. ER call is paid; hospital call is shared with regional practices. General otolaryngology with or without subspecialty fellowship training fits, with input on practice decisions and independence to manage your own practice within a stable group.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Otolaryngologist (MD/DO) in good standing
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
- Eligibility for New Jersey medical licensure
- Ability to participate in private practice ownership and partnership track
- Experience in general otolaryngology; subspecialty fellowship is a plus
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Willingness to participate in call duties (ER and hospital) and clinical governance
- Desire to join a physician-owned, non-hospital based group with established patient base
- Comfort with potential tax-advantaged partnership structures (BAIT-based benefits)
