Job Summary
Develop personalized treatment plans involving antihistamines, decongestants, and steroid nasal spray for patients. Advise patients on allergen avoidance strategies for environmental triggers like pollen, mold, dust mites, and pet dander. Perform procedures such as balloon sinuplasty, turbinate reduction, or septoplasty to improve breathing and sinus drainage when medications fail. This full-time, permanent direct-hire role includes a 4x10 day shift split between clinic and OR, with selective call available. The position offers $600,000 annually plus incentives, a $50,000 commencement bonus, and comprehensive benefits including CME funding and student loan assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Must have or be willing to obtain an Oregon Medical License
