Job Summary
General ENT physician sought for a growing academic healthcare system in the Southeast. Clinically focused role with a broad case mix (adult and pediatric) and opportunities to build and expand a high-demand practice. Emphasis on autonomy to grow a personal ENT practice within a large network, mentorship and collaboration, and a balanced schedule including clinic, OR, and ASC time. Enjoy a Monday–Friday clinical work schedule with ~7 days of hospital call per month (phone consults, inpatient coverage, minor procedures). Visa sponsorship is available; relocation assistance and sign-on bonus offered. The position supports a strong referral base, loan forgiveness incentives, comprehensive benefits, and potential additional incentives based on production (wRVU).
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Open to AMG and FMG candidates
- Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment
- Interest in building a practice in a community setting
