Job Summary
Join Atlantic Health ENT of Sparta as a General Otolaryngologist in Sparta, NJ. BE/BC in Otolaryngology required; NJ licensed or eligible; fellowship in Otology a plus; opportunity to join a well-established ENT team with strong mentorship. Competitive base salary range of $440,000-$600,000 plus comprehensive benefits, 403(b) with company match, malpractice coverage, student loan forgiveness eligibility, generous PTO and CME support. The role is employed within Atlantic Health System's multi-site network, supporting ongoing clinical care across affiliated centers.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BC in Otolaryngology
- NJ licensed or eligible for licensure
- Fellowship training in Otology is a plus
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
