Job Summary
募集しているのは昇降機設備(エレベーター・エスカレーター)の施工管理職で、施工計画立案、現場の工程・品質・安全・予算管理を担当します。元請・協力会社との打ち合わせや施工指示、竣工検査および引き渡し業務も行います。施工管理の経験が必要で、昇降機工事経験者は歓迎されます。120,000円から400,000円の月給に加え、1月あたり4.3%の昇給率、賞与が6.39ヶ月分支給され、将来的には転勤の可能性もあります。労働時間は08時45分から17時30分で、月平均25時間の残業があります。特別条項があり、年6回の限度で月75時間、年540時間まで労働延長が可能です。特に施工管理技士(1級・2級)の保有者は優遇されます。

- Experience in construction site management (equipment, electrical, or mechanical)
Desired Qualifications
- Construction management experience
- Elevator and escalator construction experience preferred
- Possession of a construction management certification (1st or 2nd level) is advantageous
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders smoothly
