Job Summary
Process outbound sales transactions through the ERP system, managing contract creation, customer order management, product shipment invoicing, and service contract billing. Liaise with Country Finance, project leaders, and customers to resolve invoicing issues, inquiries, and disputes while ensuring compliance with SOX and audit requirements. Monitor contract renewals, rate changes, and billing amortization, then assist in month-end close activities and proactively drive continuous process improvements. Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned and maintain service contracts within the system. Requires German language proficiency and experience working across Asia Pacific and Europe time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant credit experience
- Able to self-motivate and work independently
- Self-starter, organised and a team player
- Ability to speak and write in German
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- A flexible approach to working hours
