Job Summary
OTC Functional Consultant/Architect responsible for leading SAP-ERP architecture within Carrier’s Digital ERP program. Owns design-related decisions for SAP ECC/S/4HANA, aligns business processes with the global solution template, guides development teams toward standards-based solutions, and ensures integration across SAP modules (SD/MM/LE/FICO) and non-SAP applications. Builds architecture specifications, analyzes existing processes and data, recommends improvements, and supports architecture governance. Requires deep expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, integration points, data structures, and enterprise-wide ERP strategy, with strong collaboration across business and IT stakeholders. Located in Hyderabad, India (with Bengaluru office presence noted), and capable of working in a global, matrix environment; travel may be expected as part of global templates and implementation programs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of experience in SAP OTC/ERP architecture
- Experience defining and maintaining global templates and playbooks for SAP OTC modules
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA in SD/MM/LE/FICO with integration
- Strong understanding of ERP data perspective and integration points
- Experience in end-to-end SAP OTC implementations, data migration, and integration
- Ability to lead architecture tasks, governance, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with Hybris and CPQ/Quote systems preferred
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
