Job Summary
Maintain daily master data including flow, code tables, and shelf availability. Assist in monthly TP write-off documentation, compile e-commerce baseline data for reporting, and coordinate team logistics such as meeting arrangements and event planning. Execute procurement order submission and reconciliation, manage internal approval workflows, and oversee advertising clearance and internal communications to ensure project compliance and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain daily master data, including flow, code tables, and shelf availability information
- Assist in the organization and preliminary review of monthly TP write-off related materials
- Summarize basic e-commerce platform data to support reporting and analysis requirements
- Assist with daily team tasks such as meeting arrangements, meeting minutes organization, and team activity coordination
- Place and write-off purchase orders, internal approval processes, advertising review, and internal publicity tasks to ensure efficient and compliant project progression
