Job Summary
OTC Demand & Supply Planning Manager负责持续改进OTC供应计划流程、协调需求计划与工厂,确保供应及时、准确、灵活并管理相关库存与风险。职责包括与销售/市场协同需求信号、分析预测偏差并推动纠正措施、在APO/JDE等系统维护主数据、支持新品上市/退市产品的库存水平、推动核心商业流程自动化与供应链决策优化、主导产能分析并提供专业建议、以及持续改进OTC需求预测流程以提升预测可靠性。所需技能聚焦于供应链规划、数据分析、ERP系统(SAP DP APO、SCP、MRPII)、库存管理与跨部门协作。
Required Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历
- 5年以上需求计划或者供应计划经验
- 熟悉SAP系统的DP APO和SCP模块
- 充分理解MRPII
- 专业的库存管理知识以及技能
- 英语听说读写熟练
- 强烈的责任心以及主人翁意识
- 良好的沟通、协作能力、快速学习能力以及推动持续改善的能力
