Job Summary
Operations Technical Authority providing regional ownership and accountability for fleet Safety and Environmentally Critical Element (SECE) performance standards within the designated discipline; acts as part of the local Technical Team to assure SECE status, travel to units biannually, provide independent technical advice to regional personnel, liaise between discipline, Operations Risk Team and subject-matter experts, contribute to local SBM initiatives, support MAH risk management through Operational Risk Assessments, endorse EMS tasks and SECE tag list updates, review Change Proposals, supervise MAH Risk Assessments and Safety Case Reviews for Brownfield/Life-Extension projects, monitor barrier health KPIs, and prepare annual SECE management status reports. Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree in the discipline with at least 10 years of technical or engineering experience (≥5 in an operations setting).
