OT Therapy Team Leader

Provide patient evaluations, develop therapy treatments, and administer skilled therapy while monitoring patient response. Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians; support staff development and performance management. Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives. Drive continuous quality improvement. This role requires a current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP, with at least three years of discipline-specific experience. BLS certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Leadership experience is preferred.
