Job Summary
Provide patient evaluations, develop therapy treatments, and administer skilled therapy while supervising therapists, assistants, and technicians. Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals, support staff development and performance management, and drive continuous quality improvement. Requires current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP, minimum three years discipline-specific experience, and BLS certification.
