Job Summary
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team functions, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care by assessing physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery, while championing small victories along the rehabilitation journey. This role supports seamless procedure implementation within a supportive, collaborative environment at a national inpatient rehabilitation leader recognized as a Fortune 100 Best Company to Work For.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
- Minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
