Job Summary
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team functions, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery, while championing small victories and guiding patients toward rehabilitation goals. This role supports the Director in overseeing the Occupational Therapy team within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader. You will work with the latest technology in a supportive, collaborative environment where leadership creates impactful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
- Minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience

- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible)
