Job Summary
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily team functions, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care by assessing physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery, while championing small victories along the rehabilitation journey. Requires current licensure, CPR certification, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least three years of OT experience or leadership. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
- Minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
