Job Summary
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team scheduling, orientation, training, and communication across hospital departments. Provide direct patient care by assessing physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery and celebrate patient victories. Requires current licensure, CPR certification, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience with two years of clinical practice is necessary. Full-time, inpatient rehabilitation setting at Encompass Health.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
- Minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
