Job Summary
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team functions, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with occupational therapy staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care by understanding each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery, while championing small victories along the journey. This role supports seamless implementation of procedures and treatments within a supportive, collaborative environment at a growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program required
- Minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience

- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible)
