OT Team Leader

Coordinate and lead a team of occupational therapists delivering evidence-based inpatient rehabilitation. Manage daily caseloads, support complex evaluations and treatment plans, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, PT, SLP, and case management to optimize patient outcomes. Deliver direct patient care while mentoring staff, providing education, and participating in quality and performance improvement initiatives to support clinical excellence and continuous professional growth.
