Job Summary
Lead a team of occupational therapists and assistants in delivering high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care. Coordinate caseloads, support complex evaluations and treatment plans, and ensure evidence-based, patient-centered interventions. Mentor staff, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and monitor quality and regulatory compliance to drive clinical outcomes and process improvement. Provide direct patient care, documentation, and family education while modeling Encompass Health's values of integrity, compassion, and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in leading a team of occupational therapists and assistants
- Ability to coordinate caseloads
