Job Summary
Lead a team of occupational therapists and assistants in delivering high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care by coordinating caseloads, supporting complex evaluations and treatment plans, and ensuring evidence-based, patient-centered interventions. Mentor staff, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, monitor quality and regulatory compliance, and help drive clinical outcomes and process improvement.
