Job Summary
Design and lead deployment of Armis platforms across client industrial environments, including sensor placement, network architecture reviews, and integration with existing IT/OT infrastructure. Conduct OT/ICS risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and gap assessments aligned with IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and NERC CIP frameworks. Develop security architectures, zone and conduit segmentation models, and defense-in-depth strategies while performing asset discovery and classification of PLCs, RTUs, DCS, and SCADA systems. Support incident response, threat detection, and monitoring activities. Prepare technical documentation, risk reports, and remediation roadmaps for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OT security controls into broader programs. Engage with client OT, IT, and engineering teams to drive security improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of IEC 62443 standards (security levels, zones & conduits, risk assessment methodology, and lifecycle requirements)
- Hands-on experience in the design, deployment, and configuration of Armis in OT/industrial environments
- Proven experience conducting OT/ICS risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits
- Solid understanding of ICS/SCADA architectures, protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Profinet, etc.), and industrial network components
- Familiarity with OT security frameworks and guidelines such as NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP, and ISO 27001, in addition to IEC 62443
- Experience with network segmentation, firewalls, and monitoring solutions in OT environments
- Strong analytical, documentation, and client communication skills
- Ability to work on-site with plant/engineering teams and manage stakeholder expectations independently
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CRISC, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certifications, CISSP, or CEH will be an added advantage
- Prior experience working with manufacturing, energy, utilities, oil & gas, or other critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience of 3-6 years in OT/ICS security consulting or a related domain
