Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy services to rehabilitation patients in an inpatient setting. Responsibilities include supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, addressing patient concerns, and collaborating with a supportive team to drive meaningful recovery. Emphasizes building relationships with patients to understand physical, cognitive, and emotional needs, celebrating progress, and leveraging evidence-based approaches and cutting-edge technology. Requires current state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient field experience.
