Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered OT services, build meaningful relationships with patients to support independence and recovery, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using evidence-based practices and technology to improve outcomes. Maintain documentation, ensure compliance with state regulations, and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience
