Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Operational Technology and IoT cybersecurity projects involving building systems such as BMS, sensors, PLCs, and PACS. Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams including IT, cybersecurity, engineering, and automation stakeholders. Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in industrial environments. Maintain structured documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle while supporting compliance with OT cybersecurity standards and governance frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Background in Project Management
- Knowledge of building systems such as BMS, PLCs, PACS, IDS, VSS, sensors, or related technologies
- Understanding of OT/IoT cybersecurity principles and risk management
- Project Management certification (Prince2, PMI, PM2, or equivalent)
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary technical teams
- Strong documentation, governance, and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to translate OT technical requirements into structured project plans
- Ability to work in industrial and operational environments with critical systems
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across IT, engineering, security, and operations
- Ability to identify dependencies between OT systems and enterprise IT systems
- Ability to manage risks in high-impact operational environments
- Ability to deliver clear reporting to technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to evolving IoT and OT cybersecurity landscapes
- Ability to maintain accountability and drive project ownership
