Per diem PRN Occupational Therapist assesses residents' OT needs, matches services, meets with residents per treatment program schedule, conducts evaluations and maintains progress records, reports progress to management and family, and repeats evaluations regularly to measure progress; stays current with professional literature and attends seminars to maintain and update professional skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status
- Hearing ability sufficient to evaluate residents' occupational therapy needs
- Skill communicating verbally and in writing with residents and family members
