Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver goal-driven interventions for residents with complex medical and developmental needs. Provide adaptive equipment training, monitor treatment responses, and collaborate closely with nursing, medical, and interdisciplinary teams on care planning and discharge processes. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives while supporting functional independence across daily routines, play, and mobility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an Occupational Therapist from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical pediatric population
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level
