Develop and revise resident care plans by establishing functional goals, outcomes, and discharge strategies. Anticipate long-term and short-term needs while educating the healthcare team, residents, and families on care plans. Requires current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing and a Bachelor's degree. Salary is $55.00/hour with a robust benefits package including PTO, retirement, and medical/dental coverage. This role supports residents at Benedictine Living in La Crosse.
