Job Summary
Conduct direct patient care and therapeutic interventions for individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities at the Burlington CCRC. Provide occupational therapy services including activity analysis, adaptive equipment training, and discharge planning as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation goals are met. Required Qualifications
- Certificate or degree from an accredited occupational therapy school
- Licensed by the state in which the Occupational Therapist resides or practices
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT)
