OT-IT Project/Programme Manager (m/w/d)

Lead the introduction of a MES system in electro-manufacturing, covering conception through rollout. Conduct analysis of existing production processes and define requirements with cross-functional teams. Coordinate interfaces between MES, SAP, and machine controls while managing external integrators and project plans. Ensure data quality across the automation pyramid and handle stakeholder management with budget responsibility. Deliver training and change management for production users. Contribute to a roadmap for integrating future technologies, including AI-driven applications, while addressing OT security aspects.
