Job Summary
Organize and conduct medically prescribed programs to achieve maximum patient potential while displaying treatment skills within the scope of the State Practice Act. Promote department growth by assisting in special projects and coordinating activities in patient care programs. Respond to emergency situations and work with patients facing complex medical challenges to help them regain function, independence, and dignity. Participate in a collaborative environment supporting compassionate care and innovative procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state
- Current BLS through the American Heart Association
- Must be able to respond to emergency situations
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer Hand Therapy Experience
- National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy
