Job Summary
OT Hub Expert leading enterprise-scale automation and OT software lifecycle programs; defines, governs, and evolves automation standards and governance; aligns automation lifecycle with cybersecurity and network lifecycle; leads multi-site initiatives using Agile; mentors teams and drives best practices in OT software architecture (edge computing, virtualization, data models); partners with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, resilient OT architectures; engages senior leadership to align OT strategy with business priorities; supports governance, regulatory compliance, and safety programs; requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 5-10 years OT/IT/industrial automation experience; strong stakeholder engagement and bilingual French/English abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Automation, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- Five to ten (5-10) years of experience in OT, IT, or industrial automation
- Proven experience leading teams, projects, or enterprise-level initiatives
- Applicable OT or IT cybersecurity certifications
- Expert-level knowledge of automation systems, OT software lifecycles, and enterprise architecture
- Professional fluency in French and English
