Provide direct patient care by assessing medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential. Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals determined by the patient's capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Document patient conditions and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered treatment and care. Maintain a valid professional license and registration for state of practice, with experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred.
