Job Summary
Orchestrate and govern large-scale OT cybersecurity deployments across multiple factories, global functions, and third-party services. Develop end-to-end deployment plans, coordinate hardware and software rollouts, and enforce governance workflows to ensure disciplined execution. Act as the single coordination point between factories, IT/OT teams, cybersecurity groups, and external vendors to drive readiness checkpoints and resolve blockers. Provide decision-ready reporting to Global OT Management while aligning local and global priorities. Requires 3+ years of OT project management experience, fluency in English and Italian, and a hybrid schedule of 40 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an OT Project Manager, Digital Transformation Lead, IT/OT Deployment Coordinator, or a similar role
- Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments and managing multi-site deployments
- Strong understanding of OT hardware and software, industrial automation, IT/OT integration, OT networks, PAM, Active Directory, Network Security, and SCADA
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, governance processes, risk management, and large-scale deployment activities
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail, independence, and autonomy
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across local and global teams
- Strong reporting, tracking, and problem-solving capabilities
- English: Professional written and spoken proficiency
- Italian: Professional written and spoken proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, and IT/OT stream coordination
- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-site deployments within industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity services, governance frameworks, and deployment methodologies
- Experience with OT cybersecurity initiatives, project reporting, risk and dependency management, and large-scale rollout programs
