Ostomy Care Consumer Advisor responsible for educating and supporting end-users and caregivers with Coloplast products; handles inquiries via phone, email, and letters; documents end-user program enrollment in Coloplast systems, with emphasis on data quality; communicates about intimate health care issues in a mature, consultative manner; stays current with industry developments; collaborates with the consumer care team to ensure excellent service; completes monthly activity goals; travel approximately 10%; on-site Wednesdays in Minneapolis; requires strong communication skills and healthcare customer service experience; proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of medical devices and ethical standards; compensation range is $52,244 to $78,366.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree
- healthcare customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to travel (approximately 10%)
