Guide the Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency Program in Orlando as Residency Program Director, balancing 50% administrative leadership and 50% clinical involvement. Shape curriculum, mentor eight annual residents plus additional ONMM+3 trainees, and lead teaching in outpatient settings while participating in inpatient Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine consultations. Maintain and grow a personal clinical practice during dedicated patient care time while advancing research, scholarly activity, and academic visibility within a robust Graduate Medical Education environment.
