Job Summary
Provide day-shift IT support for a manufacturing site in Reynosa, delivering desk-side IT support to on-site users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues requiring physical intervention, guiding users through self-service tools, and maintaining asset records in the CMDB. Responsibilities include inventory management, coordinating device shipments and warranty cases, supporting IT equipment in meeting rooms, hosting third-party technicians on-site, monitoring computer rooms for optimal functionality and compliance. Requires 2+ years IT support experience; bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills; familiarity with ServiceNow, MS Office 365, Windows, and iOS. Legal authorization to work in Mexico; no visa sponsorship. The role blends technical IT expertise with people skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional IT support experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills (C1 or higher)

- Formal education or apprenticeship in IT from an accredited institution
