Job Summary
Manage and govern digital, innovative, and performance improvement projects for telco, finance, and retail clients. Define appropriate technology strategies and accompany clients through design and implementation phases. Optimize cross-functional processes using Task Automation and Process Reengineering methodologies. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive operational improvements and support project growth within the Tech&Telco practice. Requires 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Project Manager, with specific background in Networking, OSS, and BSS domains. Salary ranges from €34,000 to €40,000 gross annually.
Required Qualifications
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni come Functional Analyst o Project Manager
- Pregressa esperienza su progetti in ambito Networking/Reti, OSS (Operations Support System) e/o BSS (Business Support System), maturata nel mondo Telco
- Spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali
- Capacità di interazione con i diversi stakeholders
- Flessibilità, precisione e autonomia
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Desired Qualifications
- Nice to have: conoscenza di Network Inventory System (Cramer/Amdocs)
