Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between the Regional Manager, Construction Manager, and QA/QC Technicians while managing overall project performance. Assist in identifying stakeholder conflicts, communicating risks to leadership, and developing mitigation steps. Guide QA/QC Technicians on completion and inspection-ready segments, and oversee the care of the equipment fleet and tool application. Work with local governing agencies and subcontractors to meet production goals, support the utility locate process, and provide documentation to Regional Management. Ensure construction activities comply with company and permit requirements, including NESC, OSHA, and applicable state codes. Must live near Macon, GA, hold a valid driver's license, and possess strong time management skills for field and office environments.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience managing projects in an OSP environment
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- MUST LIVE IN OR NEAR MACON, GA
- Must be ambulatory on a variety of terrain, including outdoor job sites
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- College degree or technical certification preferred
- Previous oversight of contractors strongly preferred
