Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between the Regional Manager, Construction Manager, and QA/QC Technicians to ensure construction project activities comply with company and permit requirements. Contribute to overall project performance by supporting planning, execution, quality control, and completion while guiding QA/QC Technicians on inspection-ready segments. Communicate project risks to leadership, facilitate stakeholder conflict resolution, and assist in implementing project plans. Manage the equipment fleet, coordinate maintenance, and control tool application while overseeing safe work practices for internal and subcontractor crews. Work with local governing agencies and subcontractors to meet production goals, support the utility locate process, and report crew productivity and weekly job progress using established tracking systems.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience managing projects in an OSP environment
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must live near or in Greenville, SC
- Must be ambulatory on a variety of terrain, including outdoor job sites
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions
Desired Qualifications

- Previous oversight of contractors
