OSP Field Supervisor - Vancouver, WA

OSP Field Supervisor role overseeing safe, compliant construction of Metronet’s fiber network, including aerial and underground work, inspections of fiber placement and conduit/handhole installations, unitized completed aerial work approvals, contractor safety audits, and coordination of training and tailgate safety meetings. Requires strong attention to specifications, problem-solving to resolve neighborhood complaints, and leadership to manage crews and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Must be able to walk long distances, work in various weather, and maintain clear communication with contractors and stakeholders.
